Since our establishment in 1997, we have been passionate about taxidermy and people. Our three pillars that form our ethos are: Dedication to top quality work, striving for perfection with every animal, and job creation for a variety of skill levels.
We have over 25 years of dedicated experience in the game industry. Our knowledge and talents provide us with unique ability; ensuring every mount looks exactly as when it was hunted.
Our comprehensive staff are masters in their respective traits. Among them we have artists, carpenters, cleaners and chemists. Perfection is never overlooked or underestimated. Their variety of skills allow us to maintain excellence and produce the finest quality trophies.

The team at Bushmans River Taxidermy has years of experience working with African and other animals. Additionally, the Burchell family has a long history of working with animal species dating back to William John Burchell who explored Southern Africa. During his journey he discovered more than 50 000 animal species which included the Burchell Zebra, White Rhino and African Wild Dog to name only a few.
2. Six Month turn-around
Bushmans River Taxidermy boasts in a maximum turn-around time of six working months for South African trophies and a twelve month turn-around for Namibian trophies.

The team working at Bushmans River Taxidermy has 25 years of experience in working with a wide variety of animals ensuring that each one is mounted to perfection.

5. Facilities
The Bushmans River Taxidermy is equipped with all the tools necessary to take care of your mount from beginning to the end. We offer in house scull treating, tanning, moulding, dip and pack, shield production, mounting, finishing and crating . Thus, your product is taken care of in house from arrival until it reaches your home.
6. Collection
As part of our services offered to clients, we aid in the collection of trophies in all Southern Africa Democratic Countries (SADC). This allows you to hunt in various parts accross Africa with the convenience of Bushmans River Taxidermy conluding your African experience.
